Apprenticeship VS Tattoo School

Our tattoo school offers a 3-month concentrated course that is licensed by the Florida Department of Education. The primary focus is to learn the techniques and philosophies of the tattoo profession rather than work experience through apprenticeship. At the Orlando Inspirit Tattoo School, we will practice the art of tattooing with deeper compassion while meeting and exceeding quality and safety standards. What is great about our school is that you do not have to be good at drawing to tattoo. The skill can be developed within this program with persistence and dedication!
An apprenticeship is where you learn from an established tattoo artist and work around their shop to see how things work. Learning may be hands-off for a bit depending on the pace your mentor would like to teach. Getting licensed through apprenticeship may take up to a year or more.
